The Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) in Shelbyville has organized a Veteran’s Day Parade for Saturday, Nov. 8.
The Veteran’s Day Parade–A Salute to Service will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Lane Parkway in Shelbyville. It will proceed to the Bedford County Courthouse before going down Madison Street.

In a Facebook post, the Bedford County Emergency Management Agency warned Shelbyville residents to expect temporary lane closures around the parade route.
Veteran’s Day is on Tuesday, Nov. 11.
