The Coffee County Central Lady Raider soccer team took the field Tuesday but came up short in another tough match.
Warren County started strong with an early goal that set the tone for a hard night ahead. Lilly Matherne and Tia Buchanan managed to scrap a couple of shots on target, but the Lady Raiders were unable to convert them into goals. The game ended with Warren County on top, 4-0. Coffee County now turns its focus to the Smoky Mountain Cup in Gatlinburg this weekend, looking to correct mistakes and gain momentum.
The Lady Raiders will return home Monday to host Fayetteville, with kickoff set for 6:00.
